說明：
High school students face many kinds of “noise” every day—peer pressure, academic competition, social media trends, and even family expectations. Sometimes it feels like everyone else’s opinion is louder than our own. As a teenager, how can you build and protect your self-confidence when surrounded by so many outside pressures? You may share experiences from school life, friendship, or online communities, and suggest ways to stay true to yourself while growing up in a world full of pressure and distraction.
